This position requires you to have geographical knowledge of the Lower Mainland, understand and identify multiple types of construction materials, load / unload truck deliveries, garbage runs to multiple waste facilities, handle strict delivery timelines, adapt and problem solve with Management, maintain and clean truck and shop environment.
Qualifications
- Must have your own basic hand tools
- Must have valid license and clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to meet deadlines and schedules
- Physically fit, good dexterity and vision
- Knowledge of industry standards
- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations
- Punctual and reliable
- Available to work standard hours from 5am to 2pm Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to work weekends, night shift and holidays as needed
