Steel studs are well known for their versatility and strength; they won’t shrink, warp, twist or bow and are mold, rot, insect and fire resistant. Avid is equipped with the knowledge and experience to install both non-structural and structural steel stud framing assemblies. We understand that the planning and framing phase of a project is critical and can significantly impact other trades. While our focus has been on commercial tenant improvements, we have also taken on projects that range from structural wood mezzanines and site hoarding to exterior parapets and complete exterior steel construction.
